17.1 External Links: Emails may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of linked sites.

17.2 Advertisements: We display third-party advertisements to support our free service. These ads are provided by third-party networks (such as Google AdSense) and are subject to their own terms and policies.

17.3 Email Content: We do not control and are not responsible for the content of emails sent by third parties to your temporary address.

21.1 Accurate Information: When using optional features like custom email creation, you agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate others or use misleading usernames.

21.2 Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your temporary email password. We recommend saving your credentials securely if you plan to access your inbox again.

21.3 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using our service. You are responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for your jurisdiction.

21.4 Responsible Usage: You agree to use the service responsibly and not in ways that could harm other users, our infrastructure, or our reputation. This includes not overloading our servers with excessive requests.

We implement various security measures to protect our service and users:

• Password Hashing: All passwords are securely hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We never store passwords in plain text.

23.1 Receiving Only: Our service only supports receiving emails. You cannot send emails from your temporary address.

23.2 Size Limits: Maximum email size is 25MB including attachments. Individual attachments are limited to 10MB. Emails exceeding these limits may be rejected.

23.3 Storage Duration: All emails and account data are automatically deleted after 6 days and 23 hours from account creation. This cannot be extended.

23.4 Domain Blocking: Some websites may block our email domains. We cannot guarantee that our addresses will be accepted by all services.

23.5 No Delivery Guarantee: While we strive for reliable email delivery, we cannot guarantee that all emails will be successfully received or displayed correctly.

You may not use our service to receive or store content that:

• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Infringes on intellectual property rights or copyrights
• Contains personal information of others without consent (doxxing)
• Is used for illegal financial activities including money laundering
• Promotes hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts and report illegal activity to law enforcement when required by law.

26.1 Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

26.2 Good Faith: Both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing formal legal action.

26.3 Jurisdiction: Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
