Getting Started

Creating Your First Temporary Email

Getting a temporary email address with Cheapluxury TempMail is fast and easy. You have two options:

Option 1: Automatic Generation (Quickest)

When you open the website, a random temporary email address is automatically generated for you.

Copy Your Email Address

Click the email address displayed at the top to copy it to your clipboard. You can also click the copy button next to it.

Paste this email address wherever you need it - website registrations, file downloads, verification forms, etc. Emails will appear in your inbox automatically.

Receiving and Reading Emails

Your inbox automatically refreshes to show new emails. Here's what you can do:

Auto-Refresh: Toggle auto-refresh on to automatically check for new emails every few seconds. You can enable/disable this using the refresh toggle button.
Manual Refresh: Click the refresh button to manually check for new emails at any time.
Read Emails: Click on any email in your inbox to view its full content, including HTML formatting and images.
Attachments: If an email contains attachments, you'll see them listed below the email content. Click to download any attachment.
Download EML: You can download the complete email as an .eml file for archival purposes or to open in other email clients.

Email Retention and Cleanup

All emails are automatically deleted after 7 days from when they were received. This is an automatic process that runs in the background:

Each email shows a countdown timer indicating how long until it's deleted
Once deleted, emails cannot be recovered - they are permanently removed from our servers
This automatic cleanup ensures your privacy - no data lingers on our servers

Important: If you need to keep an email, download it as an EML file before it expires. Once deleted, there is no way to recover it.

Stay informed about incoming emails with our notification system:

In-App Notifications: A notification badge appears on the bell icon when you receive new emails
Notification Panel: Click the bell icon to see a list of all recent notifications with sender and subject information
Mark as Read: Use the "Mark All Read" button to clear all notification badges at once

Troubleshooting

I'm not receiving emails

If you're not receiving emails, try these steps:

Wait a moment: Emails can take up to 30 seconds to arrive, depending on the sending server.
Click Refresh: Manually refresh your inbox by clicking the refresh button. Auto-refresh might be disabled.
Check the email address: Make sure you've entered the correct temporary email address on the website you signed up for. Check for typos.
Try a different domain: Some websites block known temporary email domains. Try generating a new address on a different domain.
Check the sender: Some services have a delay in sending verification emails. Wait a few minutes and refresh again.
